"My introduction to Delphinium Concierge could not have come at a more perfect time! My wife and I were leaving for our 2 week honeymoon and were worried about having to come home to empty fridge and hot house after a long 24 hour travel day. 

We hired Delphinium Concierge to pick up groceries that we pre-ordered online and re-stock our fridge and pantry. While Karlii was there, she also checked the temperature of the house. She went a step further and made sure the water was running after seeing the new house being constructed across the street and the plumbing line being dug up in front of our house. We received text updates on all these things while we were on the other side of the world. 

Our end result for hiring Delphinum Concierge...After a long travel day we got to walk into a house set to the perfect temperature, stocked fridge so we can easily eat dinner and breakfast the next morning without running to the store, and the peace of mind knowing that our house was watched over while we were gone. 

My one regret...that we didn't have Delphinium Concierge take our car to get serviced while we were gone since the service light turned on when we drove it a day after returning. Lesson learned.

“I worked with Karlii in 2021 to help me with moving preparation.  She was able to do some research on storage units for me. I did not have time for this. She helped me to sort through a bunch of items for trash or donate.  Then, she loaded up her vehicle a few times to drop my donations off.  Saved me a ton of time. She also helped me re pack some boxes into plastic bins, which really helped relieve a lot of moving stress and anxiety.  She was a real god send for me. She helped me ‘think’ at a time when moving stress was getting the better of me. She is not only friendly, reliable and fun to work with, she remained discreet and professional with any personal paperwork she came in contact with. I highly recommend her!”

"In the days leading into Christmas, my daughter changed up our days and when we would get together to exchange gifts. So when she suggested the Saturday before Christmas, the timing left me with 2 days to finish shopping and wrapping her gifts…instead of the week I thought she had. So, I reached out to Karlii on Thursday asking if she could help me with wrapping the gifts…and if she even had time to fit me in.  Karlli was more than happy to help and even worked within my crazy schedule as to when to drop off and pick up the gifts at her home on Friday. Within a couple of hours of dropping off the gifts, Karlii sent a text saying the gifts were ready to be picked up. When I arrived at her home, the gifts were wrapped so beautifully and looked amazing. Needless to say, Karlii was super helpful and my MVP for the holidays.
